Geoff is chairman & CEO of ghSMART, a management assessment firm for CEOs and investors that he founded in 1995. ghSMART has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Fortune, Buyouts, CNBC's "Squawk Box" and in a Harvard Business School Case Study titled "ghSMART & Co.: Pioneering in Professional Services." Geoff is the co-author of the New York Times best-seller 'Who: The A Method for Hiring' and the co-creator of the Topgrading: philosophy of talent management. Geoff earned a B.A. in economics with honors from Northwestern University, an M.A. and a Ph.D. in psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he was a student of management guru Peter F. Drucker.
